Ade Adedokun, RPh., DO

Ade L. Adedokun, RPH, DO is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist, aslo know has a Physiatrist. He has been in practice in Fort Worth since 1998.

A native of Nigeria, Dr. Adedokun began his career in medicine as a pharmacist. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathy from Ohio University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in  Athens, Ohio, interned at Horizon Hospital – Shenango Valley Medical Center in Ferrell, Pennsylvania and completed his residency at St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Dr. Adedokun is also board certified in Osteopathic Medicine, Pain Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

In addition to his office, Dr Adedokun treats patients as LifeCare Hospital of Fort Worth, Kindred Hospital Tarrant County – Fort Worth Southwest, Cityview Care Center, Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation at Fort Worth and Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth.

When not working, Dr Adedokun enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He enjoys working out at the gym and playing racquetball.
