Beginning May 1, 2025, Dr. Abtahi will be joining Texas Health Care! Dr. Abtahi completed her OBGYN training in her home state of Ohio at Wright State University. She has since worked in several states to include Ohio, Iowa and now Texas. Having permanently relocated to Texas in 2021, she now considers herself a Texan!
She practices full scope obstetrics and gynecology to include high risk obstetrics and gynecologic surgery. Her areas of expertise include prenatal care, natural birth, preventative care, health and wellness, perimenopause/menopause and hormone replacement. She has a secondary passion for cosmetic gynecology and often teams with her husband Dr. Ali Abtahi, a local Plastic Surgeon in Southlake, Texas.
As a DO, she has a particular desire to treat the whole patient and emphasizes preventative care. Her active lifestyle and passion for health and wellness make her the ideal physician to help you flourish no matter your goals.
Dr. Abtahi is married to her medical school sweetheart, Mr. Doctor Abtahi. They have three amazing and energetic children. You can find them on the weekends coaching and cheering on their flag football team, Surgical Strike!
