Dr. Laura Baker is a board-certified family medicine physician in Fort Worth.
Dr. Baker is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of North Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. She completed her residency at Medical City Fort Worth (formerly Plaza).
Helping a family member navigate the world of healthcare following a cancer diagnosis – along with a medical ministry to Nicaragua – inspired Dr. Baker to become a physician. As a family medicine doctor, “I get to build a healthy, long-term provider-patient relationship based on trust and to see all aspects of patient care,” Dr. Baker says.
“I want patients to feel welcome and comfortable in my office,” Dr. Baker says. “I work with patients to decide treatment plans together.”
Dr. Baker is married with one son. She enjoys exercising, home crafts and playing the flute.
