Dr. Bhaloo is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology in Facial Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Bhaloo grew up in College Station, TX. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin. After completing medical school at The University of North Texas Health Science Center/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, he started his Residency at Michigan State University. He completed a year Internship, a year of General Surgery, and then 4 years of intensive Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery training.
