Vinay Dalal, MD

Dr. Vinay Dalal, MD, is an anesthesiologist who specializes in chronic pain management. As a pain management specialist, she evaluates, diagnoses and treats all forms of pain, though most of her patients are affected by chronic pain. She has been in private practice in Fort Worth since 2003.

Dr. Dalal thinks differently about pain. She believes that managing and preventing chronic pain requires more than medication management and injections.  Her approach also includes counseling patients to promote lifestyle changes such as stress reduction, exercise, and healthy eating. Dr. Dalal likes to think outside the box and strives to learn and use complementary medicine techniques that can benefit her patients. Mindfulness practice, breath awareness, yoga, acupuncture, culinary medicine and hypnosis are areas of interest that can promote therapeutic benefits.

Dr. Dalal completed sub-specialty fellowship training in pain management and residency training in anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, one of the most respected hospitals in the country.
